I was visiting this store a couple of days ago, I happened upon Cindy dark long hair, extremely helpful and pleasant. She makes me want to shop there, she is a keeper. Shopped at many stores in town and didn't get the help Cindy gave me. Thank you. Will be back again.😊

I've been a long term loyal customer due to great service- the knowledge and support found here keeps me coming back and the staffs friendly, informed, and easygoing nature has you feeling comfortable that your needs are being met. The selections available have fulfilled the majority of my winter gear needs and the seasonal apparel is versatile and appealing. Great selection, feeling appreciated, and quick response to warranty and/or maintenance needs encourages me to continue shopping locally.

Great Bike Shop. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The hire bikes are the best value in the area, are set up perfectly to suit size and weight, and most importantly great to ride. Plenty of advice on where to ride, how to get there and even what to do and see at various locations. As a result, my wife and I had a great day's riding in Fernie. Many thanks.
