Amazing skiing and super friendly staff. The guy at the rental shop let me pick up my skis for the next day an hour early, and took the time to walk through which skis might be most suitable for my preferences, style, and the snow conditions. It was nice that you could go back to swap to different skis for the performance ski rentals. There was plenty of fresh powder when we went, and even when the runs got a little tracked out, there were plenty of glades and off piste runs with good snow. Can't wait to come back!

Fernie is the best ski resort in Canada! We skied all over north-America and will say that Fernie resort is one of the 3 best mountain in North America and no1 in Canada The quality of the snow is superb and the quantity unbelievable!!! The ski terrain is diverse and very challenging. Cedar bowl and Timber bowl offer great tree skiing and steep runs. We loved the base village and helpful staff coming from all over the world, most notably Australia, UK and NZ. Several nice restaurants in Fernie, located just 4Km from the mountain. Will definitely go back in 2019.

This is one of Canada's top ski resorts. There is a large selection of different types of terrain for all levels of skier. They get some of the most and best snow in the Rockies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have rentals, ski schools, restaurants, cafe's, and stores right at the mountain. The resort is about a 10 minute drive to the town of Fernie as well. If you want to go skiing/snowboarding in one of the best places in Canada, you should come here.

I've skied in many places in Europe before coming here. But I must say that Canada is very different. The quality of the slopes, the amount of snow, the amount of groomed and ungroomed slopes, it's just plain awesome. The lift system is old and a bit worn and the prices are comparably high, but you do feel very exclusive skiing here. I would not say that it's very kid friendly, but they do have designated areas for kids. Parking is free and close to the slopes. Lift cards are about $100 a day. Ski rentals are about $50-65 a day with boots and helmet. I recommend this skiing resort!

We had a great experience here with our 3 year old and 5 year old snowboarding for the first time in a big hill. We did a one hour private lesson for them both. We were able to book same day. The magic carpet was perfect. Slope of the bunny area was great for them learning. Close to the one cafe so my wife and I could easily take turns watching our baby inside or seeing boy boys have a blast outside. We thought the pricing was very reasonable. Next time we’d try some of their all day lessons for the kids. We came back the next day to give them a little more practice on the magic carpet without an instructor. Lots of parents on the hill teaching their kids on their own. They’ll be ready for the big runs in no time.
