The best service we have ever had renting skis. We had never been to Whistler and CanSki kept popping up online. I left 3 messages and they never returned any calls as they don't actually pick up their phone. Thank goodness I gave up and found Coastal Culture. Their online reservations are flawless and their in-store service is outstanding. 5 of us renting equipment--it was all ready and we were done in less than 30 minutes. The best in Whistler and maybe anywhere.

Great service! Bike techs don’t try to sell products or services that aren’t necessary. Quick turnaround on shop work and super friendly customer care.

The staff at Coastal Culture are great!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring. Access is so easy and you are out of the crazy village congestion. Excellent equipment and accessories.

Probably the best ski rental shop I’ve been to at any resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Great advice on anything from skis to what runs to ski that day. They were totally flexible to letting us leave our non-rental boots there overnight and they kept them on the heaters so they were dry for the morning. And on top of all that almost half the price of Can Ski. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome and very helpful with my ski rental. Very friendly and provided great advice for my rental even with it being only for a day. Skis were in great condition and the clothing rental was pretty good too, kept me dry on a very wet day. On top of that, they have the best price available in the area for rentals. Can't be beat. I will hands down rent from them again if I'm ever in need.
