Went in to buy a skateboard after deciding to take it up again after about 15 years. The guy that helped me was awesome, answered all my questions and got me all set up. Really awesome friendly service and great prices. Will definitely return.

Bought a snowboard online and couldn’t be happier. Not only did they respond to my email fast, but they had my order shipped the same day. Great service and would strongly recommend.

The best service of any ski/board store in the lower mainland. Dan is really knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had a foot issue with some snowboard boots and they went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended and well worth the drive to Langley.

My daughter asked me for a skateboard recently so I hit Craigslist just to see what’s out there. Found a really nice brand new RDS deck for cheap and grabbed it. Decided I’d bring her to a skate shop to pick her own trucks/wheels etc to make it complete. Sadly there aren’t many skate shops around anymore but I remembered Coastal Riders in Langley and a quick google search showed me they were still open, albeit at a newer location, so off we went. Fortunately they only carry Independent trucks so that eliminated me having to “encourage” my daughter to choose premium parts lol. She chose her bearings, wheels and hardware and the dude helping us told us where the grip tape was. We turn the corner and there’s perfectly matching camo style RDS grip tape which was a nice little cherry on top for my daughter‘s exciting first day in a skate shop. I wish I got the name of the guy helping us but he was super friendly, informational and patient with us throughout the process. He gripped the board and put it all together for us so she could try it out in the parking lot. She was ecstatic. Checked the bill and he didn’t charge us for the grip tape which is super cool considering we brought in a deck bought off CL. Great service. We’ll be back for sure.
