DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Plenty of other rental places in the area with the same price and MUCH better customer service. Just called to confirm hours on New Years and the worker who answered the phone was extremely rude. All I needed was a confirmation on what time the shop would be closing today since it is a holiday. The worker would not just say whether or not they are open till 7pm (like the website says) and simply said the mountain closes at 4 while treating me like an idiot for just asking this question. There is a lot of traffic leaving HooDoo ski area at 4pm as well as some extended hours for New Years, so it should be completely reasonable to ask a rental place what time they close in order to plan my trip accordingly. Extremely poor taste in how you treat your customers, will never rent from here again.
