Purchased a hot tub and felt the service had been very strong. However, once it came to arrival and delivery it all fell apart. They stopped calling us and we had to chase them to get a return call. When we did talk they gave us conflicting ETAs for the tub. We waited much longer than originally told which is fine when it gets communicated proactively. Then they quoted us conflicting delivery prices. Shady. NOT impressed with their level of customer care. Won’t be returning or supporting this business again.

Needed to purchase a circ pump to replace a failed one. Cody was awesome at helping me get the right one, and he made sure we had a "plan B" in case we ran into trouble (we live a few hours from the store). Fair prices and awesome service - definitely recommend this store!
