I like the products they have (clothes and shoes) as they always seem to have the newest or trendiest things. 2 stars for the staff and service there. Every time I enter the store, I don't feel welcomed at all. All the staff (4-5 of them) are just standing at the cashier chatting enthusiastically. Once or twice, rarely, they'll ask if you need any help, then when you need to try something on, no one is around to help because they're chatting again. I get the sense they don't really want to help anyone.

Good deal. Save $25 for a pair of vans shoes. I’ve read some reviews about their poor customer service, so I wasn’t expecting too much from the staff. When I asked for a different size, they were quite helpful.

Amazing service, great selection. A little out of my way, but the service made it worth it. Great place.

This store needs to improve on their customer service. It's full of people who obviously do not want to work there and cannot even force a smile on their face to customers. Pacific Border or Comor next door have WAY friendlier staff who would gladly help you with anything you need. Would love to give this store 0 stars but Google won't allow. Went in twice looking for gloves. The first time, I had to wait for the young girl by the till to finish her cracker to answer my question on return policy - no greeting, no smile, straight face. The second time, I went back in around 7:35pm (store closes at 8pm). The security gate was already closed to the point that only one door could be opened, completely blocking the entire gloves section. The same young girl was extremely unfriendly in helping me get the two pairs of gloves behind the gate. While checking out, the guy by the till did not say A THING except the price of my items - didn't ask if we needed bags, no eye contact AT ALL, no thank you, nothing. When a couple tried to come in around 7:45pm to look at what shoes they had, another man told them straight up "the store is closing soon so we won't have time to help you." The couple stated they just wanted to look, but was refused to be let in by that guy.

The staff are very knowledgable when it comes to snowboarding. They helped find the right boots and a good price. I've been a long time customer with them and would refer them to anyone looking to getting into board sports.
