Went in overwhelmed with all the different choices and variations of snowboards. Chatted with a guy called Phil who listened to how I felt my current snowboard was riding and recommended 3 different boards and took the time to explain each one. Friendly staff and great service :-)

Excellent service and very relaxed vibe! Got my first pair of snowboard boots here!! Edit: Reduced from 5 stars to 1 because of their customer support. As mentioned, I bought my first pair of snowboard boots here. But after a few days the price went down. Called customer support regarding price adjustments and they wouldn't honour it. So I had to buy another pair on sale and then return the original purchase later.

I was having a very difficult time processing payments online without using Paypal. Called and spoke to a representative right away. He was polite and walked me through what to do. He did a great job explaining and helping me get the product I wanted. What was a pain in the rear, and would've lead to a loss of sales, was turned into a very pleasant experience.

I tried to order something on Black Friday when I was out of town but the website doesn’t have some of the brands that they stock in store. I called the store to try and lock in the price but they won’t take payment over the phone and that they wouldn’t put what I wanted aside and hold the price. I called customer service, left a message and no one has called me back. I also sent an email and no one has gotten back to me. I called 3 days ago and sent the email 4 days ago.

Even though I didnt buy anything from here they gave me honest advice on products I was interested in and even recommended another store that I'd be able to get them in. Very good customer service outlook. They still had great merch I would have bought had I not wanted a K2 specific board.
