I’m sure we’re no different than many skiers heading into Can-Ski to rent gear for a stay at Whistler. The staff and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you are satisfied. With all the customers that walk through the doors it would be easy to become overwhelmed, but they take it in stride and make sure you are satisfied with the gear. The equipment is in great shape and ready to take on the slopes.

I left 3 messages as they do not answer their phone. Found Coastal Culture in Creekside and their service and website were flawless. They could not have been more helpful and their online reservations are so easy that when arrived, we had 5 sets of equipment and were done in less than 30 minutes. Coastal Culture has great equipment and it is less than half the price of Can Ski. You would think with the prices Can Ski charges, they could actually have someone pick up the phone.

Because I have really cranky feet I had to change boots 4 times and each time they were super helpful. The staff is a bit young but they like what they do and it's obvious.

Host of negatives: 1) Pricing of rental equipment is invisible unless you ask to see it 2) Rental prices are very high - us parents were way better off buying skis than renting them for 12 days. Same for helmets for children 3) You need to show a receipt in order to be able to gain a credit for early return of rental equipment 4) My young daughter broke her tibia. Neither of her skis came off when she fell. It’s unknown whether they were incorrectly adjusted but I suspect so I’ll never rent from Canski again

I had a malfunction with my ski boot & Nick(Tech) went beyond the call of duty to get me on the hill ASAP. He went out of his way and followed up with me at the end of the day to completely solve my dilemma. Thank you so very much Nick... Cheers Mate, Alf
