Had a tune up and some repairs done to my road bike. The staff did a great job. I was given a loaner while we waited for parts. I would highly recommend Fresh Air.

Fresh Air Experience was recommended to me as an excellent place to be fitted for ski boots. I am delighted to say that I was not disappointed. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His professionalism was instantly apparent and I have now been paired with the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. Many hanks to Morgan. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store

Great service. We purchased three new bikes and the personal care to each was so appreciated. They checked each bike then each fit to each rider. We would highly recommend them as your go to place here in Kelowna.

Fantastic bunch of guys and amazing shop. Jonny is a great dude and was very accommodating and helpful in making our overnight stay in Kelowna a truly memorable one during our MTB roadtrip. 2 High end rental bikes and a mornings guiding and coaching at the Smith creek trails with Jonny at a very reasonable cost was truly epic. 2 very happy Welsh boys feeling the Love ❤
