They might be good at what they do but the customer service was less than stellar. It is easy to have good service when everything goes right but when you make an error that is when good service is noticed, and it is here where they fell short. I had to return to the store 4 times to get things fixed and when I mentioned this they didn't seem to care. If I have other options I would go there. Maybe it was just me but I don't like having to continue to return 4 times to get the situation fixed and then leaving feeling like they don't really care.

I dropped off my skis for a tune and remount. They did a good job with the tune, but failed to actually remount my skis to my new boots. This cost me a good chunk of money having to rent smaller boots to fit the original mount for the weekend, and left me with a poor first impression of Stay Tuned. They refunded me for the "remount" but I've had better service at other ski shops in Kelowna.

We popped in during a ski trip for a wax and tune up. Friendly helpful staff and great ski tune up.

Went in to talk to them about getting some boots fit for my very unique shaped foot he made me feel like I was a bother to him to inquire on such a job. Wasn't even interested in taking the time to speak with me. Walked away from me in the middle of conversation. I was the only person in the store at the time. I ended up going down the street to fresh air experience and got custom fit for a pair of boots there. They did an outstanding job at fresh air! Great way to loose a sale..mabey the owner of stay tuned should pop by there and learn a lesson on customer service. Rather than be so rude... dont waste your time dealing with this guy
