When I picked my bike up (after they called me to say it was ready) they had not put brakes on (as we had previously discussed) leading me to believe that this company does not test ride the work they do. I took it back and received my brakes a couple days later. Then my Monarch Rc3 shock was low and I went to them for a fill up, after I left the shop I noticed within 45 minutes my shock was no longer holding air. I will not take it back to them to get it fixed for I feel as though this shop is simply in it for the money and anyone that does not test ride their own work will not be doing any kind of safety work on the bikes my three children who are all under 7. I'm looking for a company that will appreciate my family's business for the next 10 or so years.

Always a help with our skis and bikes. Also they are a great local company to support that does so much for the community as well as getting us out there to play!
