I have been so happy with both the customer service in the rental shop for ourselves and our 2 boys. As a seasonal skier, they were helpful and answered all my questions with no disdain or snobbiness! I thought they were all great. It can get very busy in the shop but the staff was helpful and polite. Will always go back and ALWAYS buy all my ski gear there. Can't wait to go this year again during Spring Break!! Thanks Dawn and team we will never cheat on you by going someplace else!!

Brilliant shop that sells everything you need for the slopes and more. The staff are great and extremely helpful. They offer hire gear and you can try before you buy. I recommend this store over any others for slope lot and hire kit.

Great rental. They are very knowledgeable on the equipment they have, and they let you apply up to 2 days of rentals to purchase. If you're looking for new equipment this is definitely the way to go - try it on the mountain before you decide. They also have lots of clothing and accessories for sale - most of which are fairly reasonably priced.

Some of the employees are awesome (a grey haired gentleman was amazing with the demos). But it really varies. Some lame young employee gave me alot of attitude about wanting my skis mounted fast. He complained about being busy after I just spent 750 bucks. But in the end they did it.

Our GAS group have been renting and buying skis and ski stuff from this family owned and operated business since 2003. They provide the the best service and support any skier would need at Sun Peaks.
