These guys know what they are doing... After skiing Big White for a few days in a pair of boots I bought a few years ago in Ontario, I went into Dizzy’s to inquire about why my boots hurt. One of the Techs spent 30 minutes looking at my boots I bought somewhere else, put a boot wedge in because my boots were too big... Best part, didn’t charge me, but I put $20 in their tip jar. I’m going to buy a new pair of boots next year on my annual Big White ski trip. Dizzy, you have a customer for life... Thanks, and before I leave Big White this year I am coming in to buy a few things - just because!!!!! You guys rock.

Very limited options for snowboarding boots. Be careful if you just come to look around, they will still charge you for trying something on without buying. The shoes they sold me were too big (which I pointed out in the store, but they claimed they were perfect) and when I tried to return them they got very defensive saying that they fit (when they did not). That said they did give me a refund for it - other than the fee for trying them on, hence why it is not a 1 star.

Went to Dizzys and bought skis and boots. Outstanding service & advice and got a good discount with my seasons pass. Had the orthotics fitted and would recommend them, they make a huge difference. Went back for a slight tweak and the staff were great. If you are considering new gear I would definitely give them a go. Friendly , reliable and know what their about. A couple of Aussie old timers on hand to make sure it's working out.

Broke my BOA first run, thought my day was over. Stopped in the shop and was looking at new boots when they said they are able to repair the broken wheel on my BOA. 20 minutes later they had a new cable and wheel back in my boot, all for $20. Turned my whole day around, awesome staff, awesome service.

I was amazed by the expertise and understanding in boot fitting. I have bad feet miss matched in size and injured. The staff identified the problem fitted me for boots and had sizing for hard to fit feet. Thanks
