Super friendly staff that are supremely knowledgeable in all of the sports they sell goods for. They were able to hook me up with a perfect board and bindings without breaking the bank, and I even ended up buying a sweater that has since become my favourite sweater. Easy recommendation for all levels of athletes or just people looking to update their style.

Seriously the best customer service we have ever had in a board shop! My Husband and I both bought new snowboards, boots and bindings. The product knowledge of the staff is outstanding. They spent so much time with use reviewing all the styles of boards and making sure we had the right fitting boot, bindings and helmets. They have so many great products and great selection and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for! Great job Orange! This will be the only board shop we will be shopping in for many years! Thanks for the amazing service!!

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Seriously recommend this place for anything snowboard or backcountry related. They ordered in all our gear, answered all of our questions and were over the top helpful! Edit: Still amazing staff and answered hours worth of questions about a new board, bindings and boots. Forget going to sun peaks or anywhere else in Kamloops, go here! Extremely knowledgeable and hands down best board shop I've ever been to!
