Excellent service! The tuning quality is top notch, absolute professionals -- the nasty gouges and beat up edges are now completely filled in and perfectly sharp once again. It's like putting your skis in a time machine. You can't beat this price in town for a full tune, and you get the added valet bonus. They made it very convenient for me, and picked up and dropped off my skis right from my doorstep in Whistler. For a high quality tune, with a short turnaround time (overnight!), and great prices, go with Ski Valet. Highly recommended.

Awesome service! I called them 30 minutes ahead of time to change my pick up location to a restaurant I was still at and it was no problem at all. Great communication, super nice people, and perfectly punctual

Rented two pairs of powder skiis, one for my son, one for me, for two days. The fitting was done at a our rental condo - very convenient. The promise of powder turned to 20plus cm of wet snow - not what the skiis were designed for. Ski Valet let us keep them for 5 days - no extra charge! Hoping that we would get a shot at using them. Unfortunately, the snow didn't materialize. Ski Valet offered us a credit for our next trip. Amazing service - the skiis were new, the fitting at our convenience, we kept them longer than anticipated, and got a credit for the next time. AWESOME!
