Master boot fitter. Highly recommended get your ski boots here. My wife has had two other pair of boots she bought in the past years, custom expensive insoles and all fit badly. Talk to Carl. He knows his craft extremely well. I did not know that they can actually shape the shell of the boot to make a perfect fit. He explained the process and my wife is extremely happy with the boots she got. He knew which brand to recommend and he was extremely patient with us. You will pay a little more for the custom work, and if you need insoles custom made, that will cost you extra, but this is something that's totally worth the price. Don't save money on the boots, a well fitted one will make you ski much better without pain and in total control. They can also make extra adjustments after you ski for a couple of days if some part of the boot bothers you. Hard to find someone that knows boot fitting so well. Take advantage of the great service of you got a chance. There was another very happy customer who also highly recommended Carl. My wife has skied for 18 years and this is the first time a boot actually fit like a glove. He is an expert in his field, hands down. He will educate you on the process, follow his advice and you won't go wrong. He won't sell you the wrong gear, he stands by his work. It's important that you ask for Carl specifically, I am not sure how good the other guys are, but he has done this work for a long time, not just a seasonal job.

I bought boots from here and regret the decision every time I put them on. I told them the boots were too small when I tried them on, but they told me I was wrong and not to worry - they would push the toe out and I would pack out the liner on my own. Well, it's been 5 years and my toe goes numb by the time I've walked to the gondola. I returned the next season and told them this was still the case, but they said since it's the next season they can only help for a fee. I don't live on the west coast so this was not helpful. It's such a huge expense and I'm mad that I accepted their allegedly expert opinion rather than walking away.
