He knows his craft extremely well. I did not know that they can actually shape the shell of the boot to make a perfect fit. He explained the process and my wife is extremely happy with the boots she got. He knew which brand to recommend and he was extremely patient with us. You will pay a little more for the custom work, and if you need insoles custom made, that will cost you extra, but this is something that's totally worth the price. Don't save money on the boots, a well fitted one will make you ski much better without pain and in total control. They can also make extra adjustments after you ski for a couple of days if some part of the boot bothers you. Hard to find someone that knows boot fitting so well.
