Felt EXTREMELY unwelcome there. No employees asked if I needed any help, and they were watching me like a hawk to make sure I was not stealing anything. Either that, or they could be selling some shady stuff, and are scared of their items being deeply inspected by anyone with a trained eye. Seemed like they were selling legitimate items, but I would still rather spend my money elsewhere. They need nicer employees that would be happier to help their customers.

Products are fine, it's just that the store gives off a very weird vibe. the staff doesn't greet customers, just follows you around the store without saying anything, weird.

I have bought 5 football helmets from here and there always on time with products.

This is a very heartbreaking experience. Went there with my 3 year old son, who i asked to wait outside with his grandfather on a nearby bench. My son was playing nearby, and did not touch anything in the store. For some reason their sensor near the storefront beeped and their staff plus manager came, intending to SEARCH my 3 year old. They wanted to look at his jacket for tags in case it was stolen. I insisted that this is the jacket he came to the mall wearing this jacket and this jacket is not one they sell at their store. Instead, they insisted on searching his grandfather, who wasnt even in the store to begin with! YES, their staff LEFT the store to SEARCH a man who DIDN'T enter their store! The manager was no different. This store should be ASHAMED for accusing an infant this way. Even after we proved nothing was taken and that their store front sensor was not triggered by my toddler, we did not receive an apology nor any courtesy. I will be contacting the mall to complain about this extreme discourtesy and violation of privacy.

Haven't bought anything there - don't think I ever will. Upon entering the store I wasn't greeted but was under the watchful eye of their staff. They wouldn't even come over to ask me if I needed help or ask me what I'm looking for... just come close and make sure I don't steal/break anything. I turned and look at them, they walked away just to give themselves more distance to spy on me. Makes me feel very uneasy shopping here.
