The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They always remember us when we come in and ask how our gear is doing! They've also showed us some super cool trails to check out. Definitely keeps us coming back.

Great shop with great customer service! I broke my Salomon Guardian binding which was already not covered by my warranty and James who works at that shop helped me with getting the broken part from their warehouse and then did not charge me for it and sent it hassle free to Whistler in 1 day! More ski shops like these guys please :)

The full time manager is great, friendly, knowledgeable and very service oriented. The rest of the time it's hit and miss. Do I really need to go in and argue why my shoes failed after 60k of trail running with the snotty clerk? I have lots of Salomon products and they are mostly first rate. This place needs to learn what "service" means, and not trying to convince the customer that if on the occasion a Salomon product failed they must have been using it wrong or on the wrong trail. After having shopped there for years, I am tempted never to set foot inside that door again, that is how turned off I am by my experience.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Quality gear, with good warranty programs. Love that the store hosts community education nighs and promote backcountry safety.
