Terrible place, they have a young child in the store and a stroller you have get around. The screaming child really puts you off buying and then they are rude when you don’t buy anything

I've been a snowboarder my whole life and I've been in Ross Vegas countless times, and the majority of those times I've been experienced resistance and actual rude behaviour from staff members. It's been very unfortunate since I really prefer to shop locally. However, the attitudes I come across when in Ross Vegas are indifferent, uninterested, and actually downright rude when multiple questions are asked. The knowledge base of the staff is low, as I've had the wrong parts given to me more than once and I've been turned away from buying a snowboard because i was told they couldn't get it in, only to be called the next day to tell me they can, after I had already ordered it online. Again, I was met with rude behaviour for not buying with them. I'll never return, and I hope we find another board shop in our lovely town of Rossland soon
