I wandered in with an older bicycle that had been given to me. Shorter stocky gentleman who chose the wrong proffesion greeted me within seconds of walking in the door. Buddy, why didn't you become a movie star? Anyway, I told him my list of upgrades I was looking for, and boom, he was on it. While we were still discussing products, he went in the back, grabbed a wrench and tightened my handle bars for me. Bottom line? Wow, I thought old fashioned home town service was a thing of the past. This shop proved me wrong. Quickly. Talked to some of the other crew while I was waiting for parts to be installed. Interesting guys. They love the outdoors and every thing connected with it. Long story short? Make this your go to shop. Ron B.

A bolt fell out of my crank And they gave me a free one which was in measurably helpful, even though I had never been there before and had no prior customer relationship.
