A word of caution, this store is not an actual Patagonia store, but rather a franchise dealer--Ironclad warranty not accepted here. Very deceptive as it is stylized and made to look like an actual Patagonia store (Canada only has two, Vancouver and Toronto). Otherwise seemed friendly and nice but a better explanation from the staff would have helped.

The store is neat and tidy and the staff friendly. Well not this store’s fault, but the selection really is not very interesting and the prices so high. The brand’s environmental image is just clever marketing. $200 for a polyester/spandex jacket is not environmentally friendly consumerism even if they do donate a whopping 1 percent to environmental causes.

I would highly recommend this store! The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me with an exchange. I will definitely continue to shop at this location and would highly recommend this store to others. Five stars all the way! Thanks again for the awesome customer service : ) Claire

Had an issue with a product purchased at a different Patagonia store in a different country. The team went above and beyond by replacing my product. Great customer service! Thanks again

Excellent place to buy Patagonia in Victoria obviously! The staff are great but the stock in the store is usually missing the stuff I want to try on or look at for whatever reason. Not a Snow gear heavy inventory but they can order most things.
