Excellent outfit. Really nice bunch of folk, giving great advice. Got some properly fitted boots for the first time - not much fun to wear on first outing, but now they are incrementally being shaped and adjusted each day, and they're going to be brilliant. I'm v impressed. Thank you Gents.

The team at Pulse Boot Lab saved my vacation.. After buying boots from another retailer in town and having nothing but major problems for 5 weeks, resulting in me returning the boots for a full refund. I then went to Pulse and they took care of me and my difficult feet. They took the time to figure out why I having issues and approached the problem logically and incrementally working towards a solution. Kai. Kelly, Robin and Phil all helped me and provided the most amazing customer service experience. When I need another pair of boots I'll be flying half way across the country to get them here.. I can now enjoy the rest of my time in Revelstoke.

Finally my feet don't hurt! Kai is awesome. I have had 14 hours of work done on my boots before visiting Pulse. Since having my new liners made I have skied around 150,000 ft and my feet have never been happier!

Absolutely fantastic fit! These guys know their stuff. I have been on skis for over 50 years. I’ve been an instructor, coach and patroller. I have never had a boot fit and perform this well.

I wasn't even able to put my foot into a ski boot, due to an injury! The professionals at pulse are passionate about giving you the best possible skiing experience and thats exactly what they did for me! I went with the foam injection liners with custom foot beds and skied 100% pain free today for the first time in months!
