Absolutely a 10/10. Brought a broken bike in and they had me back riding right away. Willing to put in the extra effort to make sure your bike is fixed right. Fun people to hangout with. Shop has a bit of everything!

Energy, Enthusiasm, Excellence. Dealing wth GearHub regarding hiking, biking, and winter sports has been beneficial and rewarding for us.The staff are helpful in so many ways- educated regarding the products they offer, experience using them, and they listen to your needs and abilities to help find the right fit for you. They're not pushy but once you engage their focus is on you. Shopping locally is essential for the two of us and the range of products they offer encourages us to do so. It's also great that they are prompt in responding to warranty concerns.

Very friendly staff who make a point of getting to know you. If you have a mechanical issue on a busy weekend, they will make a heroic effort to get the repair done in time to salvage some riding before you leave town.

Riding the Great Divide bike route and started having popping in my crank. Checked all the usual suspects like seat post, pedals and rear wheel mount... But it was the bottom bracket. Made my way to Fernie and took the bike to Gearhub and they had a replacement BB and were able to squeeze my bike in to replace it on a busy Friday afternoon. I was back on my way Saturday morning...GREAT SERVICE! Thanks guys!
