Quick and friendly service for a great hire board. These guys were kind enough to offer extra tips on snowboarding/boards and have a good check over my own (non-hire) bindings and gear. Would highly recommend. Visited multiple times, always a good vibe and stellar service.

This small shop in the village may have its blemishes - no different than any other seasonal business, but I am very pleased with how well they handle customer issues. Overall, good experience but Will was exceptional in listening to my grievance and providing an equitable solution. I think the lesson here is to be upfront and clear about what you want - that is, if you want demo quality, just inform them and they will accommodate your interests. Will, Thank you for your exceptional customer service.

Definitely will be returning to hire gear here in the future. Good selection of boards and gear at a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, all round good experience!

Only advantage to booking online is the price of rental discount. They still make you fill out all your ski details just like you did online and don't reserve the ski's requested online for you either. Went in the morning of skiing and place was a gong show, no one had a clue where to start the rental process. Lines to get boots fitted, ski's fitted & to pay. Guy running the till was impossible to understand. No direction whatsoever, system is super inefficient. Took me a hour and a half to go through the process.

Great shop. Good equipment, friendly staff and great rates - about half of some other places at Whistler. We switched skis for a powder day and then back for all mountain the next day. No hassles.
