I called Spoke Bike crying because my dog stroller wheel broke and my poor little dog had just had a heart attack a few days ago and the vet said that she shouldn't walk much so I was using the stroller to help her pee outside. The guy on the phone was awesome and said he wasn't sure they would have the parts but to bring it to the shop and have the guys take a look at it. The man at the shop was named Chase and he fixed it up in about 2 seconds and was so awesome. It only cost $10 and now I'm back being able to help my little dog. Thank you so much guys at Spoke Bike. Chase you rock buddy! Thank you sooooooo much! Best service ever! Roxy thanks you too.

Disappointed with the quality of the service. Truly in need of improvement. Smarten up guys you could do a whole lot better.
