Road Racks staff helped me to pick out the right rack for my car. They asked me a bunch of questions, took a quick look at my car and suggested a couple of different rack options. I went with the Yakima rack with the jetstream bars (about $100 upgrade but worth every penny). The Yakina rack was easy to install on my own. It took me about 45-60 minutes. Last week we did a well long trip to Alberta with the new rack with a Yakima box on top. The ride was nearly silent, minimal noise from the rack and the box.

Megan was very helpful and informative and I really felt as though she was looking out for me and trying to make things as easy as possible. I will definitely shop here again.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. No sales pressure. Competitive pricing. Excellent service! Easy to park, which is a think when you're looking for racks to put on a car or truck.

I love this shop. I have used their services many times over the last 10+ years. They have friendly and knowledable staff that go above and beyond. Service is always done with a smile. The staff are always willing to answer your question(s) regardless how big or small they are. They remember you by name and treat you like family. Highly recommend them for your rack, accessories and service needs. All the best in your new location.
