Our family just spent 4 nights at the Boulder Hut with an amazing crew, new friends, and unbelievable surroundings. We skinned up to beautiful snow fields and high alpine areas where we skied fresh powder. Our guides were so confident and professional, we felt in good hands the entire adventure. Our kids are 14 & 16 and we all thought this was one of our best family vacations. We love winter and enjoying the beauty of it with others that also love it was such a positive experience. We hiked and skied all day only to come back to a family style delicious dinner. The food was outstanding, we loved all of our meals! Really, if you like a physical vacation, and your kids are ready to get off the chairlift, we highly recommend this family adventure.

@Will Lenney - similar experience here. My partner had to deal with him at the North Star Veterinary clinic. Told our dog (who has anxiety from being attacked by a dog, mind you) to stop barking and then got up and left with his dog. You can't just tell a dog to stop barking and then get angry at it. You have no idea what happened to it for it to react that way. Saw him come out after and talk to a lady with her two dogs. Not pleased in hearing this at all. Glad I checked the vehicle he drove. Brought me here. Not sure why someone would want to give this business the time with such rude employees and or owners.

Whatever old man drives the Black/blue Jeep or SUV with the brown/tan curly dog and the website for Boulder Hut Adventures Ltd. printed on it is an absolute displeasure to interact with (putting it VERY lightly). Overall disgusting attitude. Treat people with respect. Especially if you want them interested in your business.

Outstanding backcountry skiing and hiking hut at 2000m in the Purcell Mountains. The owner/operator is an ACMG guide who lives on site, knows his terrain exceptionally well, and provides a great experience at a catered rustic lodge with a great new sauna.

Great skiing. Great food. Comfortable accommodations. Enjoyed meeting other guests from various parts of Canada and the U.S. Can't wait to go back next year!
