My son and I arrived at Whistler in the evening. We called CSM and Nathan agreed to stay late and tune our skis so that we were able to ski the next day. No other shop that we called was able to do this for us. Fantastic service! Nathan spent 2 hours on our two pairs of skis and did an incredible job. Skiing next day was perfect. Best ski tuning I've ever had and kudos to Nathan for going the extra mile, staying late and providing such outstanding service. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend Nathan and CSM.

Can’t rate this place high enough. Wouldn’t take my gear anywhere else and the quality of service is just through the roof. I am a high level park rider and go through skis quicker than you would believe but these guys have saved skis that anyone else would swear we’re done. The quality of tuning is second to none and no job is too big or small. This is all coming from a guy who has worked in a tuning shop and tuned his own gear for years but everyone including myself is just an amateur compared to CSM. Blown away by these guys and the pricing is super fair for the quality. Don’t even think about going anywhere else!!!

After smashing over a rock I thought my new skis were finished... I took them into the repair station at the top of the mountain and everyone in there had the same reaction as me when they saw the damage, Huge cringe factor! One of the techs directed me to CSM in Function and told me if anyone could fix them it was there. I couldn't believe it was possible but he was right! The fusion of the new base material and side edge repair was good as new! I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only did he send me away with my skis good as new and tuned to perfection but he put in overtime to ensure they would be done in time for me to catch my flight home to Ontario. All in all excellent work and even better customer service!!

Nathan really took great care of me - on the second day of a 9 day ski trip, I took a core shot to the nose end of a brand new board... After calling around town a little bit, for that kind of damage, everyone said CSM was the best place. I called Nathan, he picked the board up from my condo a couple hours later, worked on it all day, and brought it back to me that very same night. Price was great, service was excellent, and the repair was top notch - held up perfect for the remaining 7 days of skiing hard, all day, everyday. He's building a solid business in a place that he loves - support this guy if you can, he won't let you down.

Fast, friendly and amazing. This guy really, really knows his stuff. Knows all the tricks and does the little things that the most shops don't take the time to do. He tunes your gear to suit your riding style and your equipment, not just a one size fits all job. Be prepared to answer a couple questions so he can get it right and enjoy the best tune in town.
