DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. STORE. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I dropped off my skis & boots for a repair/adjustment on January 4th, was told to come back on January 15th. I came back on January 23rd, giving an extra week for the repairs. I paid for the repairs on the spot. However, when I showed up to pick them up on January 23rd - THREE WEEKS LATER - I was told the work wasn't done because they didn't know I had already paid. A simple computer search was able to indicate to the employee I did in fact, already pay. I was not notified by phone or email. I was told the service would be another hour which I did not have given my skis were already there for THREE WEEKS and had somewhere to be. I attempted to call to speak to the manager more than 5 times on Sunday, and no one answered. On Monday, I finally got through to someone who put me on hold for 15 minutes while getting the manager. When I spoke to the manager, he did not have an answer for me but told me to

My experience with Mt. Everest has specifically to do with Snowboard gear and related. I have to say that after comparison shopping, reading countless reviews on different mediums and visiting other retailers in person that there's really not many reasons to waist your time as I did. Truly everything you could want is all at Mt. Everest. Pricing is on par, and in some cases better than anywhere else. (I'm not saying that rare deals aren't out there on some random website, but who knows what you're actually getting.) Besides, for the beginner or budget minded, some 2017 merchandise can still be found at the store for 40%off. We actually got a board and boots for 40%off. We also got bindings, snowboard pants, socks, facemask and a jacket all for less than expected. We actually wouldn't have known how to save money, or install some of the products (like fitting the boots to the bindings then properly installing the bindings to the board.) Then we were shown how to properly use the stuff. I believe the two salespeople we had were Ali and Tim. These guys were also avid snowboarders and knew answers to our questions before we could even ask. Basically, some of the best service in a retail setting that I've ever received. So, truly a great one stop shopping experience. We'll definitely be back for years to come.

Nice shop and friendly people. I was very surprised by the quantity & variety of products in this store... It rivals some of the stores that are in 'snow country'. Great selection of boots and sliding devices... Go check it out! I didn't make a purchase so I can't give 5 stars because have not become a customer yet. FYI

Good selection and rental options. Returned a boot that didn't fit well from the start and they were very accommodating in replacing it. However, with the rental came a $100 deposit. Between me and a few other friends who paid for the rental, it was basically hell trying to hound them to get that money back. Other than that - no issues. I still never got my deposit back actually from my 2016-2017 seasonal rental.

I returned my rental skies for a tune up and decided to upgrade to a wider ski. The service was great as the gentleman advised me and recommended a great used brand for all terrain and the capability of handling powder. Can't wait to pick them up in the near future, I'll be ready for the 2018/19 Season!

Not a very honest shop. Wouldn't recommend, as honesty is key in this business. There are other ski shops that still adhere to standards of integrity...
