Beautiful store and friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to help and answer your questions. The quality of the clothing is amazing. I’ve purchased a few different things now and am happy with every single piece!

Excellent product support. I went in to drop my old jacket for repair and was greeted and redirected to in store warranty drop-in. Process was handled professionally, straight forward, and fast. Store looks great, clean, and store staff is very friendly in assisting to find what I need.

Today I was shopping for a lightweight down jacket, and although I didn't walk out with anything, I must commend the staff, especially John who happens to be the store manager. I am a very indecisive shopper, and John was EXTREMELY patient and walked me through all their colours and sizes. He even let me try on his own personal jacket to get a feel for a jacket they didn't have in stock, but one that I could order online. He gave me a coupon to use online because they didn't have it in stock, very impressed! Very pleased with my experience and will be returning & recommending this store to others!

First impression of the place is good. Clean, organized store with a helpful, friendly storeperson at the entrance to point you in the right direction. Another store associate comes over to answer any questions you might have about the products as you're looking at the line while not being too intrusive and badgering. Good job Arc'teryx!
