Great people who know their stuff. The guy I talked to has been riding longer than I have and had a collection of old boards he brought out to show. It's hard to find people who really get it. These folks do.

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly service. My son and I got all our ski gear for the season here. Treated us like family. Really happy we found this store so close to home.

This ski and snowboard shop is awesome. Great selection of equipment and apparel. But the best part are the employees. All ways willing to help out to make your visit the best it can be. The best shop in Fairfield county.

Bought my wife’s skis here a few years ago, she loves them. Everyone that works here were super helpful. I will be going back soon to look for helmets!

I came in to buy new bindings around 6pm with barely anybody else in the store. Stood around for 30min before I was helped. After feeling helpless in my decision of which bindings to get because I wasn’t getting valuable advice from any salesperson, I settled on a new pair of the ones I already had (but they have some yellow gunk in the middle of the pad?). I was told the bindings were $150 but when I went to pay they were actually $175 before tax. After saying I did not want or need a board tune up, I was pressured to get one at least 5 times. My bindings needed to be set to -10, +15deg, but as you can see in the picture, the back binding is set backwards, and the front binding isn’t set correctly either (+15, +10deg). I tried to fix it at home but the bolts are put on so f*ing tight that I bent my friend’s screwdriver trying to loosen them. No wonder it took 40 (!!!) minutes for the guy to switch the new bindings on. I ended up leaving around 7:15pm, after they had closed, because it took so long even though there were only like 2 other customers in the building the entire time. I’d definitely rather go anywhere else to fix my snowboard again, even though everybody there was pretty friendly.
