Alter Ego offers personalized service and knowledgeable staff members offering a wide selection of bikes and accessories. My experience with Alter Ego has been nothing short of great. I highly recommend Alter Ego for new bike purchase or exceptional bike service on your existing bike.

Great shop, James spent a ton of time with me on two different occasions making sure the bike I ended up with was exactly what I was after and fit me correctly. Will definitely be back for subsequent bike and accessory purchases.

Have been dealing with AE for years with few issues. Staff is well educated in all brands of equipment and can accurately assess most mechanical problems. Have always been treated with courtesy and consideration to timelines. Highly recommended.

Yearly free tune up! If you buy a bike from Alter Ego they give you free yearly tune ups for as long as you own the bike. They dont just grease the chain... They did two test runs and confirmed a gear issue, tighten my brake cables, cleaned it, AND oiled the chain! I would say it was well work it! They did a great job.
