I want to start out this review by saying, I have skied off and on for a little over 20 years. I’m not particularly good, but I’m not awful either. For the last 13 years, I had been skiing on a set of skis and boots I bought at the Nashua Ski Swap. The other day, I demoed a set of nice “modern” skis, and decided it was not me hindering my ability, it was my equipment. So I hit Stephan up over messenger and he suggested a few options. Today I finally got down to his shop to buy skis for myself. I have always found the staff to be very courteous, as we have been leasing my kid’s skis there for the past 8 years or so, and today was no different. Today was Jon’s day to work with me…. 1. Skis: Jon asked plenty of questions to understand my skill set, as well as where I hoped to be down the road with my ability, from there we selected a set of skis that will match my ability as well as opportunity for growth on the slopes. The fun really started when I whipped out my ski boots 2. Boots: which Jon determined to be 3 sizes too big. No wonder I was having issues! Jon measured up my foot and we went through multiple options until we found the size/type that fit, fit well, and fit comfortably. Jon was extremely patient with me while I walked around the store with different boots on different feet. As usual, another wonderful experience at Zimmerman’s. Stephan’s staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Great high-quality skis, boots and gear with great service at great price points. Thanks for all the help guys!

Went in around the beginning of the 2017-2018 season to just browse around and see what they had. The salesman that helped me out was extremely helpful and patient. I felt absolutely no rush at all like I had in other shops. I told him I probably wasn’t going to buy anything that day (I did though) and he still had no problem showing me different products and giving me good detailed information on everything he showed me unlike some other shops I’d been to *cough* eastern boarder *cough* that seemed bothered by me even being in their store and bothered by me asking questions about different products after I told them I was just looking around. I ended up spending about an hour trying on different snowboard boots and he helped me find the absolute perfect pair for my feet within my price range (which he stated were actually better than the higher priced ones they carried) I ended up buying them that day and I’ve never had my feet feel so comfortable in any footware at all as the boots he suggested I get. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever in my life had as good of a customer service exeriance at any other store in my life. 10/10 would recommend buying all of your gear from them. They also have great competitive prices. I ended up getting those boots for about $100 less than every one else carries them for.

Very knowledgeable in their products. The more information you give the better they can accommodate for your needs. Very professional, friendly team, great service eager to help with any situation. Great deals on on equipment. Highly recommend to new and experienced riders and skiers.

I'll give them 5 stars. Not my type of place, but they had anything you could need for snow sports. I asked where a snowboard tune kit was and they knew right where to send me. A little pricey for me, but in line for what this stuff cost.

Nice shop with helpful people. They also have a good inventory of gloves. Prices were competitive.
