Total ripoff. Bought a pair of boots last season, relied on the staff to help educate me. They attempted to pass off a Dalbello Aspect 90, $300 boot as a Panterra 100, $500 boot. When I spoke to the gentleman who claimed to be in charge about the error he insisted I was wrong and that their website was wrong. Total bait and switch and if I hadn’t checked online I would have never known they were trying to scam me out of $200. Was also disappointed to see them at the Boston Ski & Snowboard expo with a room full of total junk they were attempting to pass off as “deals”. Stay away at all costs and buyer beware of these scam artists.

The two younger employees were surprisingly qualified. They helped my kids with the lease and the younger employee sold my husband a pair of skis as well and when we went home he look at reviews on the skis and was surprised he knew so much about the ski. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

Got new boots here, their "boot expert" downsized me yet didn't set or explain or even mention any of the features of the boot to make it comfortable to ski on. In addition they remounted both pairs of skis I own to the new smaller boot size(got my old boots that were too big here as well), when I finally got my skis back the season was underway so I headed straight up and ripped the bindings off both sets of skis day 1 because they didn't set the bindings all the way in to the ski....I brought them back and they remounted the bindings correctly for no charge but I was out a trip and had to get down the hill on one ski, thank god I wasn't hurt. won't be going here again. Also they don't carry many popular brands here so if you're looking for something specific, this isn't the best place.
