Terrible service. Disorganized store. Came in to buy Xmas present for my daughter (goggles). Asked for help. Was told someone would. Waited 15’ asking repeatedly for help. Finally gave up and headed down to East Greenwich to the other local ski store instead. Save yourself time and skip this place entirely.

The ladies are pleasant but besides that horrible customer service. I have gone there time after time hoping that the last time was just an odd off day for staff, but yet again I am met with horrible customer service. It mirrors the comments from the last post. You wait around while they wait on other people and everyone is just standing around. excuse after excuse. After a few years, they still don't get it. I have asked about basics about googles and no-one cares and I have asked about expensive roof racks and I was told " just go on the web site". They forget who you are in 24 hours and are just concerned with making a sale. I had problems with boots I bought there and they did nothing to help- they let me sit there for an hour while they "heated" them. It was apparent they actually forgot they put the boots somewhere else. They have a very poor selection of inventory ( after I went to another shop and saw what they had to offer ) and they try to sell you what they have in stock. A friend rented equipment there and it should have been taken off the market 10 years ago. Its too bad because they are conveniently located- but the service stinks. It seems to be a repeat issue after seeing some of the other comments. save yourself the aggravation and go to another ski shop.

I was looking for a snowboard bag to bring my gear on a plane and they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I would suggest ordering more styles of snowboard bags. Very friendly customer service!

Small shop, was looking for snowboard bags - there are only 2 options. They really should have a functional website with all the items they sell
