We went to Mike's Bike Shop with the intention of looking only, however after meeting Rick, he listened to what we wanted and then showed us what bikes would fit for us. The knowledge, customer service and quality products sold us, we knew we didn't need to go look anywhere else. We would recommend this place to anyone, novice or seasoned bikers. (Fall 2017) We wanted to get a bike carrier for our jeep wrangler. I did some research and they kept coming back to Thulet as the best ones. We stopped into Mike's Bike Shop to ask about them. Well Matt was very knowledgeable on the subject and we got the one that fit the jeep perfect, we seriously couldn't be happier with the Thule T2 Classic 9044 model. So easy to put on and take off, adjust up and down to open back gate etc. (Spring 2018)

Just bought my first bike! The rural setting and no pressure atmosphere was a real bonus for me, on top of the professional and friendly customer service. Lots of patience with my many questions, and a test ride was encouraged before I made my purchase. Lots of bikes for all types of riders and purposes, and a large selection of parts, accessories and clothing available. The staff all appear to love working there.

Our experience was amazing. Geoff was the sales person we first met and he found something for us right away. We could not put money down for layaway and were not able to return to purchase the bike until almost a month later. Luckily for us the bike was still there and much to my surprise Geoff had remembered us and all the specifics we had spoke about almost a month prior. He even had everything ready and waiting on the bike. He was attentive and very knowledgeable. One of the best experiences in a retail environment we have ever had and will definitely be going back.

We were visiting Moncton for vacation and this was our first experience with Mike's Bike shop. I appreciated the service provided by your personnel, very patient (especially with my 8 years old son), smiling and professional. We visited your store to rent bikes. Bicycles conditions are brand new. My son and I enjoyed the ride. Moreover, the store location is at the beginning of the bike path in Dieppe and this is a very good location for bikers. It gives the opportunity to see the park, the lacs and the river before getting close to the city. Very good job.

Copy Review "Yesterday i had my Trek serviced. I had interactions with Bruce, Geoff and a friendly smile and handshake from Rick. Even if the store is very busy Rick always will stop for a few seconds and have a quick chat. The staff are hands down experts in the bike industry. I've purchased 2 Treks and 1 Giant over the last 2 years. The quality of these bikes is simply amazing. It may seem like a lot of money for a bike but with proper care and maintenance it will be a bike you will have for many years. Next year its my turn for a new bike. Looking forward to dealing with Rick and his all-star team. :)"
