Great spot. I go there for biking stuff and I don't catch that "bike shop snob" vibe from the employees like I do in other shops around town. Weather it's for lack of knowledge or lack of specialization, the employees don't talk to you like a know nothing peasant and they rely on each other to get answers for their customers. I come here over other businesses because I feel valued and well received. A lesson and an example that others can and should learn from

EVERYTHING for the out of doors!!! But the staff is friendly and professional and knowledgeable. And understand what customer "service" is!!!! Great spot.
