Fast friendly service from the owner/operator. Very knowledgeable and stocks a wide range of products. Prices were very reasonable, I was actually surprised thinking this small business would charge more than the big box stores but this is not the case. I will definitely be a repeat customer supporting Canadian products from a local vendor.

Amazing Customer Service. Genuinely cares about customer's satisfaction. Great selection and well-organized stock. Good downtown location with ample parking.

Well-stocked shop with a great vibe, selection and service. If Kevin doesn't have it, he will get it for you quickly and for a fair price. We stop by often to chat about bikes, rides, travel plans etc and we love that our dog is welcome in the shop. ViB&S is also an active supporter of the mountain biking community.

Have had maintenance, upgrades and repairs done on all our bikes by Kevin since about 5 years. Simply fantastic guy and amazing bicycle mechanic. We are very fortunate to have him in Milton. No matter if you are an experienced bicycler, returning to the sport/activity or upgrading from big store bicycles Kevin WILL treat you with the same courtesy and share his knowledge so you end up with best bike for you.

Been going to the ship regularly now and can't say you could find a radical but professional dude that knows how to treat everyone fairly. I bought a couple things from here clearly top notch and going to get more. Any bike shop anybody should go to is this one.
