I had an issue with my Yakima rack, and they took the time to help me out. They really didn’t have to - I bought the rack years ago elsewhere. Despite that, they helped me get the rack fitted snugly, and I was on my way. Great people.

Spectacular customer service. They have outfitted my family (me, wife, 2 young kids) for 5 years now for skiing. Lee never tries to "upsell me" and in fact has been instrumental in preventing us from spending unnecessary money in replacing equipment that the kids were able to use for an additional year. Lee, in particular, engenders trust and makes you feel as though your money and time is respected. I really like that about this shop. My wife and I have been skiing for 40 years and this is top drawer service. Thank you Paramount (and Lee).

I've been in a couple times and always met by a friendly helpful clerk. Today Lee went over a couple 2019 bikes coming in and we talked about some repair parts. He was very helpful and I'll be back to see them when it comes time to buy.

Bought a bike there recently, as it was the only store that had this model of bike that I wanted .Was treated like garbage by the owner who not only spoke condescendingly to me (like it was my first bike purchase), but didn't even bother to thank me or offer any basic customer service. I was replacing a bike that was stolen from me that I originally bought from Brant Cycle in Burlington (wonderful staff and shop, can't speak highly enough), who also threw in significant discounts on the 5 accessories I also bought to outfit the bike. This guy was unwilling to negotiate (on account this bike was already on sale, which had nothing to do with my reason to purchase). No more of these small and arrogant bike shops for me. They need to grow up. Edit: Owner below seems to be trying to discredit my review by suggesting I did not actually purchase the bike I mentioned above. Note to the owner: the bike was not purchased under the name associated with this Google account. The bike was a LIV Tempt 4 2017 and it was purchased in early December. It was on sale, so no discount on further accessories was offered for that reason (by you). Furthermore, you even charged for a one dollar and change valve for the tires. Not cool. This bike replaced my wife's bike that was stolen last summer, which is why I needed that exact bike. I called ahead and explained - do you remember? I also told you in your store about how it was stolen from our home, and it was one of the last bikes in Canada of that model (the only one she wanted). It was quite the story, to which you barely reacted. Anyway, my wife was really happy with her bike, but neither of us will ever go to your store again. I left your store feeling like I bought a magazine, rather than spending hundreds of dollars on an amazing gift for my wife. Please treat your customers like they deserve to be treated. They chose your store for a reason. And they may also choose not to go to your store for a reason.

The staff is very knowledgeable and directed me to the section of my cycling needs.
