My husband and I have really enjoyed our sessions at Axis Freestyle. We both wanted a place to learn the basics of snowboard freestyle with minimum risk and we are so happy that a place like Axis Freestyle exists. Definitely a fantastic place to learn and practice new and existing skills for the young and old!! The coaches (Simon, Alex, Paul) are amazing, patient, and very encouraging. They know how to break freestyle skills down so that you can progress in a safe and comfortable manner. They also really care about your progression as if it was their own. We were able to get a lot of focused practice compared to when out on the snow for the same amount of time. In the same season, we noticed great improvements in our riding and confidence. We had so much fun. Thank you very much Axis Freestyle!!

Had a super fun time here for a 2 hour coached session with Simon. Went with my girlfriend and had Simon run through the basics with us. We've previously gone snowboarding before and thought this would be a walk in the park but that was definitely not the case. Simon was able to help identify all the minor errors i wouldn't normally catch myself doing on the slopes and how i could correct them. He also helped record part of the sessions to show me where exactly i went wrong which i thought was very helpful. Although it took me some time to get the hang of it, i thoroughly enjoyed my time here and found it very helpful for beginners. Would definitely recommend!

My nieces and nephews and I loved it!! Great instruction for the beginners and pointers for the others. Thanks for improving our form and getting us to start jumping safely. We also had so much fun on the trampolines-got my workout in too 😊

My fiance is an artist and held an art show in the upstairs space and it was lovely. Great big windows, bright white walls, with an industrial feel it was really cool! A few months later my then boyfriend decided to rent out a smaller room space there and he filled the room with art he had made for me and proposed! It was the best night of my life. The staff is so friendly and accommodating they let us stay right until closing for both events!

Axis is a fantastic place to learn snowboarding fundamentals! My friend and I purchased a 2-hour group lesson. Though it was a little busy and we arrived late, Adam was incredibly awesome and accommodating with us. He helped us find the appropriate gear, and showed us how to fit everything correctly. For our lesson, Adam was patient and had no issues answering our barrage of questions. The other employees chimed in at points as well, offering advice and encouragement. It was a memorable experience I would recommend to anyone!
