Terrific service, patient and attentive. Will go out of their way to find an item that's not in stock in their location and get it for you. Repeat customer.

Awesome to have a flagship store in Toronto. Super helpful and friendly customer service. The staff are really knowledable about the product and you can tell they live and breath the brand. Excited about my new setup this season! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Went in on a whim trying to see if I could catch any sales for the end of the season. Found some pretty decent deals and didn't feel ousted or heavily judged by the employees (which I found to be a problem in other shops with the "shop bros" mentality). I ended up coming back a few days later and grabbed a pair of snowboard boots and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on the products and policies for returns and such! Had a great time! Will visit again some time :)
