Yonge St. ski staff Dudes know their stuff extremely well, and stand by all their products, providing keen, and timely service. Had custom fit ski boots that needed some later adjustments. Staff was top notch with assistance. Service was worth every penny. Highly recommended. Drive two hours to shop here

All of my expectations have been exceeded by this store. The staff are all polite, knowledgable and patient. In particular, the shop manager, Andrew, has been nothing short of amazing. I am relatively new to the mountain bike scene, so I have tons of questions. I have never felt rushed or ignored. Andrew is always willing to answer any questions I may have. He is beyond knowledgable, and always has great tips for riding and maintenance. I have been going to him for all my bike needs for my new hardtail. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new shop, to check out this store.

Great service. Even when I walked in 10min before closing, Jack took his time helping me get fitted for a snowboarding boot. I didn't feel rushed at all and I found a great boot!
