Totally disappointed with the way they run this place!!!!!! I am going to a ski trip in two days so I gave them a call yesterday to find out if they are able to mount my bindings on the skis in the same day. Talked to Ethan, he said if you drop them off in the morning, they can get the work done by the late afternoon... So that's what I did today, showed up in the morning and... They made me wait 45 MINUTES (YES EXACTLY) before someone could see and fill out the work order for me!!!!! and to my surprise, I was told they need three days to MAKE SURE they get it done!!!! What a mess this place is!! Had I know this from yesterday, I would not have wasted my Sunday morning for them... I went to another store half an hour later, got the job done in 20 MINUTES!!!

Not family friendly. Was there this weekend to get my 3 year old a pair of skis and they guy fitting him was rude and out right yelled at my son for not understanding how to try on a boot. I will not be going back to this store.

Now that my kids ski the kids ski and boot exchange/halfback program is invaluable! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Try to go at an off peak time, can get a little busy at peak times i.e. Saturday right before ski season.
