I have visited many bike stores in the past and have been frustrated with the lack of customer service, especially for someone facing the daunting task of choosing a bike suited for their needs. Look no further. The moment I walked into Ski and Ride, Kate welcomed me immediately with a big smile. The complete staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, relaxed and kind. I met Justin, Simon, Kate and Alex. The whole experience is easy and there is no pressure. Alex my experience with you fitting my bike was outstanding and I appreciated the fishing advice! THANK YOU!! love my bike.....

Very impressed with the high level of service along with their product knowledge. No pressure sale makes for a pleasant visit. They give you the plus and minus if each model which is great. We were very impressed with the overall experience. The one year free tune up with our bike purchase is reassuring.

Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful! I went into Station Ski and Ride to tune up my existing 5-year old skis (and in back of my head, potentially get better ones). He was able to tell me all the pros & cons of my existing skis and explain the limitations I been experiencing with them. We chatted at length how ski technology had advanced over the past 5 years. He mentioned of 2 or 3 models that would be well-suited for me, but not in a way where he was trying to quickly get a sale done. I went home mulling over my options and ended up deciding to pick up the Dynastar Legend XL84 (which turned out to be amazing on the slopes!). Many thanks!

HI, I purchased a road bike this month. The price was fair and the sales help was exceptional from Alex and team. I was comfortable and received the help I needed. Thanks team! YK

Great sport stores for Ski and Bike! They sell good quality products and more importantly the staff there are professional and sports enthusiasts. When I shopped my ski and boots, the staff in the other stores just know how to find sizes. Derek and Mark in this store helped me find the right model based on my skills and needs. I also learned some very useful ski tips from Mark.
