Great customer service, the guys in the snowboard shop are super friendly and knowledgeable. The trade in program is GREAT as it allows me to trade in my board AND bindings toward a whole new setup every two years. This way I can get new equipment without paying top dollar every time. ALSO, they have current year equipment cheaper than anywhere else, if they don’t theyll price match it!

Because they have the market in Rochester on equipment, they forget about customer service. Buying brand new $259.00 snowboard bindings yet they won't take our $89. Snowboard/binding trade in because we didn't get the board here, a board with the coloring my son wanted that they didn't sell. We called Ski Company, being loyal customers first before we purchased the board online to see if they had it. They didn't. We have spent thousands here over the many years and they can't take $89. Off for a trade in. I now know their policy. It's very clear now. They definitely don't give anyone a break. Just sad because they would of just turned around and sold the board/bindings that I bought less then a year ago for more money so they really wouldn't be loosing by taking the board back from me. Very disappointing. Make sure you are clear on their policies before buying anything

Coming from someone who works in outdoor gear retail, I can understand a long day and the lull of the closing shift. Tonight we went in on a mission to purchase a pair of bindings from The Ski Company, but were not greeted at the door, were not acknowledged for the 20 minutes we were standing at the bindings wall (obviously looking for a staff member), and were given an attitude when someone finally assisted us. We will no longer be shopping with this company and I will no longer continue to recommend their services to the customers I work with. Totally disappointing service.

I just bought skis and new boots and had a great experience. They price matched to another pair that I found online. Would definitely go here again

Boardshop Dudes are always willing to help, very informative. Trade In program makes it cheaper in the long run then buying online. It's nice to know you're talking to snowboarders not salespeople when you're in the shop.
