Wonderful place. You can go alone, with family, or with friends and have a good time. It is where I learned to ski as a kid. Slopes for all ages and difficulties. They have a twilight pass which is a pretty good deal. Overall a really great and cozy place. If you make it in time to the Morning Star cafe, the waffles are epic.

A great place for Scouts (BSA) to learn how to ski or snow board. They do have occasional special deal packages just for that, which also includes special pricing for adults as well. The facilities are great. There are a couple of different buildings that are available to host your activities. The slopes are nicely groomed. They have the capability of making the own snow if mother nature decided not to make enough. This is a great place!

We love Bristol Mountain! I feel especially compelled to write this review to compliment the exceptional customer service we have had there this season. My son broke his wrist snowboarding, and they were very accommodating to extend his passes we bought through school for next year (I provided physician's note). THEN, last weekend, we misplaced our vertical lift card that still had two 4 hour lift tickets on it. With proper ID, they were able to look us up and we were on the slopes within a few minutes. They also have great learn to ski programs, with great, patient instructors. We always have a great time, and I highly recommend visiting! I can't wait to go this summer to give the aerial adventures a try!

My daughter & son started skiing at the end of this winter season. The quality of instruction is superb! The attentive instructors provide not only adequate attention, but motivate the children to excel. Extremely personable and friendly staff. The entire staff actually cares about their guests! Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The elderly lady (I cannot recollect her name unfortunately) who checked us in was super nice! She, is a complete gem! My daughter was paired up with an instructor Emily. Emily was not only motivating my daughter but consistently and constantly ensured my daughter progressed and excelled to the next level. So unexpected but much appreciated without even being asked Emily took video of my daughter so that I could see her progress while skiing! I cannot stress how AWESOME EVERYONE was even the male instructors in the ski camp that both my kids were in! BRAVO for hiring caring, motivated & dedicated staff and instructors! What a great asset all of them are!!!

My favorite ski mountain in the finger lakes. Bristol offers many trails to a variety of skiiers and boarders from beginners to experts. They have two fair sized lodges for personal belongings and a place to warm up and a high-speed quad chairlift that is always worth the wait. Beware that the right side of the mountain contains moguls!
