The Staff at Boardsports are amazing. I purchased an impact vest online and they helped with everything from sizing to ETA of shipping. Great service all round. I will definitely be using Boardsports for any future purchases.

Great staff. They fitted my son for a new snowboard helmet. They mounted his new bindings for free and adjusted his old board and bindings for his little sister also at no charge. They were friendly and customer oriented. All this on walk in service, no appointment and no waiting. In and out in 30 minutes. They also have a great selection of surf, wind, and paddle boards. Highly recommend.

I was having difficulty getting their website to allow me to purchase a board. All it took was a quick email and I had a response within minutes. Not only did they fix the issue but one of their employees (Mac - SUPER AWESOME GUY) helped me purchase my board right through email without any hassle. The customer service I received was not only professional but super enjoyable and friendly. I'm still in contact with them today as they help me figure out recommendations for bindings and boots since I'm fresh to the world of snow boarding. I 100% recommend this place. I WILL be back here for future purchases for sure.

Mac was very helpful and responsive over email on questions I had about the bindings I wanted, including illustrations to compare products. By far the best customer service I’ve had for any online store, or even brick and mortar stores. Also free shipping in the GTA. Highly recommended.

At the beginning of the 17/18 winter season, I got a sweet deal on my very first snowboard. I had a blast on it but towards season end it cracked. I was kinda bummed so I contacted Boardsports to check on my warranty. I was blessed with a super quick and friendly response. They told me to send in the board and that they could send me out the same board, but from next season, which I was super stoked about. The whole procedure went through pretty quick and during the whole time the customer service was extremely polite, helpful and patient with all my questions. I really gotta send out a big s/o to Mac who made everything happen in no time and feels like a good friend by now, even tho we just exchanged a couple of e-mails. It's been a real pleasure and I can honestly say that this has been the best shopping/customer service and support experience I had in years! I truly recommend getting your gear from them, they are top notch. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will shop again. Thanks, Mac for all your help, you're a real trooper. Cheers, Anton
