Do not service your gear in this store. This is one of VERY few bad reviews that I have written as I usually tend to recommend places I like rather than trash places I don't however I really want to save others from going through the experience I had with them this week. I my old skis to be fitted to my son's boot before leaving to ski on the weekend. I arrived to pick it up Thursday night to find that the skis were serviced but the bindings were not fitted to the boot since they couldn't find the bindings on the service list. When I told them that it is a 2012 Salomon set and cannot be out of service, they offered to call Salomon in the morning and confirm. They indeed confirmed and promised to adjust the bindings by the late morning. When my wife came to pick it up she found that they adjusted the skis to the wrong height (6'7" instead of 5'7") so she had to wait another half hour for them to fix it (which they ended doing to 5'5" rather than 5'7"). between having to get to the store 3 times and all the wait time and calls, we wasted over 3h to get the binding fixed for $25 (which I believe is on the higher end of what stores in the city charge). The store offered no apology, let alone a compensation. On the contrary, all along they kept giving us the feeling that they are doing us a favor servicing our skis during this busy time in the season. We had our other kids skis services at Sport Swap and the experience was very different. Don't wast your time and take you business elsewhere, where it and your time are appreciated.

Excellent store all around. Service is top notch: honest, not pushy, and provide great education. Nice selection & reasonable pricing.

Was recommended this place by a knowledgeable ski friend when needing to get new boots, skis and bindings, and I'm so glad I went here rather than a SportChek. The staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to ski gear and boot fittings, and are super patient and friendly to make sure you get what you need and that it all fits properly. Prices are no different than what you would pay elsewhere or online and the real human touch made the trip here well worth it. Will be coming back here for sure for any ski related matters!

I came here looking for new ski boots and Kevin assisted me. The level of service was exceptional. He is super knowledgeable and educated me on how a proper boot should fit and allowed me to try many different types of boots to find one that best fits my needs. I will recommending them to my family and friends for anything ski-related.
